Chromotherapy helps to harmonize your body’s unique vibrations to a rhythm that works to restore perfect health and balance. Each color is used to help heal your specific physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. Many symptoms can be improved with the use of chromotherapy.
Acoustic Resonance Therapy (A.R.T)
For an additional $5 you can also enjoy the healing benefits from SO Sound for deeper relaxation.
Acoustic Resonance Therapy incorporates the healing of sound and vibration to balance all parts of the body to bring you to a rooted state of relaxation. In the Rays of Sol sauna is attached the So Sound system that is used to boost audio signals and echo sound waves to the sauna. While listening to the quiet peaceful music you can feel it throughout the whole body. It almost feels like a gentle massage during your sauna session while also bringing you into a meditative state.
LumiNIR Wand
Another great feature to include in your sauna session is the LumiNir Wand. For an additional $12 you can experience one of the near-infrared LED lights.
This hand-held device combines LED lights & NIR infrared to help reduce the signs of aging, diminish any signs of acne, and help relieve pain depending on the wavelength and color you decide. We offer four different attachments to choose from.
Blue Light- for clear skin
Red Light- for anti-aging
Near-Infrared & Red Light- for pain relief

In order for infrared to pass through the body’s deep tissue, people should wear as little as possible. A few suggestions are wearing a towel, wearing gym shorts or a swimsuit. For women another option is wearing shorts with a sports bra or a tank top.

Traditional saunas heat the air where Infrared saunas heat the body from within. Infrared saunas also produce sweat at lower temperatures and reach up to 150 degrees. Traditional saunas reach up to 200 degrees and the heat can be extremely harsh. The infrared also penetrates the skin deeper providing a list of benefits.

It depends on your health goals. To see benefits, it’s recommended to use the sauna 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes. We do offer 45-minute sessions for those who like to sit longer, but it’s important to listen to your body to avoid dehydration or overheating.
